Review Policy
1. Submission Guidelines
I accept requests for reviews of books, anime, TV shows, movies, and other media that align with the focus of my blog. Requests may be submitted via the contact form below.
- Audience-Suggested Reviews: I may choose to review works suggested by my audience, including popular or widely available media such as anime, books, and movies based on the interests and requests of my readers. Requests for general reviews may be made at any time; however, a request does not guarantee a review.
- Author/Creator Submissions: If you are an author, publisher, or creator and would like me to review your own work, you must provide a review copy, regardless of your audience size or the nature of your work (self-published, indie, or traditionally published). I do not purchase copies of submitted works.
2. Unsolicited Submissions
I only accept review copies that I have personally requested or agreed to consider. Unsolicited books, materials, or media will not be reviewed and will not be returned. Submission without prior approval does not obligate me to engage with or acknowledge the material.
3. No Guarantee of Review or Coverage
Submission of a book or other media does not guarantee a review, mention, or feature on my blog, social media, or any other platform. I reserve the right to decline to review any submitted material, including works that were formally solicited and approved, for any reason and without explanation. All submitted materials, whether solicited or unsolicited, will not be returned, and I am not obligated to purchase, reimburse, or cover any costs associated with submission.
4. Honest & Unbiased Reviews
By submitting a book or other media, you acknowledge that my review may be positive, neutral, or negative, and that I will not alter my opinions upon request.
5. Waiver of Legal Claims & Rights to Submitted Materials
By submitting a book or media for consideration, you expressly waive any right to dispute, challenge, or take legal action regarding my review, regardless of its content. All submitted materials, whether solicited or unsolicited, become my property and will not be returned. By submitting a book or media, you forfeit any right to reclaim, request the return of, or demand compensation for the materials provided. I am under no obligation to return, purchase, reimburse, or provide compensation for any submission under any circumstance. You acknowledge that reviews are subjective opinions and that no compensation, editorial control, or influence over the review will be granted to the submitting party.
6. Compensation & Sponsorship
I do not accept payment in exchange for reviews. Any sponsored content, paid partnerships, or promotional collaborations will be clearly disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.
7. Contact & Submission Requests
To request a review, please submit your request via the contact form below. If your request is accepted, further instructions regarding review copy submission will be provided.
8. Right to Update Terms
I reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Review Policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued submission of materials for review constitutes your acceptance of these updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these policies periodically to stay informed of any updates.
